Great Comebacks
At times we feel that God has abandoned us, in fact, He never does. Join us for our new sermon series, Greatest Comebacks as we look at several famous people from the Bible who felt abandoned but God brought them back. We will focus this week on Joseph and his brothers. See you there at 8am, 9:30, 11am or Monday night at 6:30pm!

Announcements & Updates
Student Confirmation – August 22nd
Confirmation is starting up Wednesday, August 22! We invite your 7th grade and 8th students to join us for our 2018-2019 Confirmation. Our confirmation program is a small group based interactive experience that gives students the opportunity to explore and confirm their faith in Jesus Christ. We meet weekly on Wednesday nights 6:30-8:00 through the school year (with a few breaks during the holiday season). It’s a two-year experience in which students will learn about their faith, become familiar with the Bible, with prayer and will develop a personal testimony. In addition to the weekly meetings there are three retreats spaced through the school year where our students can grow in community with one another and dive a little deeper into the material we’ll be covering on Wednesdays. There is a one-time registration fee for the year of $100. Online registration is available at hclm.org/confirmation. If you have further questions about our confirmation program or schedule of the year, please contact Daniel Robison at daniel@hclm.org.
