This holiday season, we thank everyone who has supported Holy Cross this past year with their time, talent and financial contributions and look forward to support from all of our members in the year ahead. If you need a convenient way to make regular offerings or if you plan to make an additional gift before the end of the year, we encourage you to check out our electronic giving options. As the pace of life speeds up, especially around the holidays, you may find electronic giving a most welcome way to make contributions. Visit hclm.org/give or contact the church office for more information.

The 3rd Annual Thrivent Night at the Tampa Bay Lightning!
Tickets sales have begun for our game on Sunday, January 17th at 5:00PM, when the Tampa Bay Lightning takes on inter-state rivals the Florida Panthers. Tickets cost $18 (a $26 value!). Please note that individuals will need to order tickets as part of a group to be seated together for the special low group rate of $18/ticket. Seating is limited and going fast, so we encourage everyone to order soon. Last day for orders to be received is January 10, 2016. Contact the church office.
It’s Not TOO LATE – Youth Basketball and Cheer
There is still time to register kids PreK4 through the 5th grade for our Holy Cross run Youth Sports League for Basketball/Cheer (www.SeminoleLeagues.com). The season starts in January and lasts 8 weeks. This makes a great gift for kids that the whole family will enjoy. We have also opened up our Spring Flag Football/Cheer registration which starts in March. Holy Cross, through this sports ministry, is committed to providing a Christian environment focused on developing children physically, mentally, spiritually and socially. All leagues take place at the Middle School / High School campus on Aero Lane in Sanford. If you would like to volunteer to help this ministry with planning, coaching, as a referee, host or even leading halftime devotions, please contact Athletic Director, Matt Martin – mmartin@theHCLA.org.
So Many Options, So Many Reasons
Charitable giving offers a surprising frontier of options that help express generosity in our hearts. Being generous is what Christians do — have done — for millennia. The process of gift planning isn’t new. However, many people haven’t considered how it can help them experience joy in life. Gifts can be given and controlled to fund our generosity once our earthly lives are complete and we no longer depend on the property. Want to explore more joy? Consider a conversation with Robin Paris, Central Florida Gift Planning Counselor. You can reach her at 937-477-9713, or email: Robin.Paris@lfnd.org
