Join an L Team

Jesus formed a team of people around Himself, and we believe we should be on a team too! Discipleship and growth happens best in the context of relationships. L-Teams give us the opportunity to build those relationships as we form little pockets of community in our life. To find out more information go to hclm.org/teams. Here are some L Teams we currently have at Holy Cross:

Take A Hike – Date Change to January 14th

The hike scheduled for this weekend is postponed due to looming inclement weather. We will meet at the church next Saturday morning at 8AM and carpool to DeLeon Springs for a nice hike followed by pancake breakfast at the Old Sugar Mill. Contact Dennis for more information or to let him know you are going –  dennis@hclm.org

Pastor Poker – Date Change to January 9th

Before there were video games, people used to play cards! For those of you who were raised to sort and hold those cards in your hands, we are offering an opportunity to join with other like minded people to play cards for fun. We play Texas Hold Em with a $5.00 buy in. At the end of the night the winner picks the charity that receives the winnings. You do not go home with the winnings, your buy in is a donation. We play at Pastor Paul Hoyer’s house and we start at 7:00pm and go until we are done usually around 10:30 to 11:00pm. Bring your own beverage! Contact Pastor Paul for more information paul@hclm.org.
