Well Done

Our VBS campers did a great job in donating cereal.  With the donations from the congregation we were able to send over 500 boxes of cereal to the Sharing Center.

Special Independence Day Celebration! July 3rd

We will be welcoming a special guest speaker, Eddie Kaufholz from the International Justice Mission who will be speaking on the pressing need to help bring the same freedoms we enjoy to millions of people oppressed throughout the world by human trafficking and slavery.  Become aware of this important issue and learn how you can make a difference.  Then stay and join us for a special First Sunday of the Month Cookout!  We will be kicking things up a notch with special food and desserts in honor of our Independence.  Come and help us make this special day both meaningful and fun!

Survey Says:

Holy Cross Lake Mary is conducting a church wide survey. Please take some time to go online to hclm.org/survey or pick up a paper copy in the narthex. There are different surveys for new attendees vs seasoned veterans so choose accordingly. Your input will help guide us as we look to the future.

Hospital Gowns and More

For their upcoming convention, Lutheran Women’s Ministry will be collecting items for a Lutheran Hospital in Madagascar that treats people without any ability to pay. They will be asking for several different items. This month they would like 100% cotton material to make hospital gowns. Each gown requires 3 yards at least 42 inches wide. Please bring the material to the church office for drop off.

Divine Dollies

Our Red Hat Ladies will be having lunch at Chianti’s where everything is so good! From the pizza to the burgers, wonderful. Their lunch specials are affordable and made to order. We are still collecting..

Time to clean out your dresser drawers and bring all those old eyeglasses you find hidden on the bottom. Drop them in the church office.
