Sometimes it seems like our lives are governed by fear. We fear bad things happening. We fear death. We fear the unknown. The power that fear has over our lives is real, and yet it is something that God wants to set us free from! Come join us for our new series Fear Factors, as we explore these topics and more and see how Jesus brings us peace through it all.
Reformation Sunday Oktoberfest – October 27th
Join us at Holy Cross Lake Mary for a family friendly event on Sunday, October 27th from 2:00pm-4:00pm for an Oktoberfest style celebration of the Reformation. There will be fun and fellowship and activities for the kids. We would welcome side dishes and desserts. We will provide beer, brats, sauerkraut, and German potato salad.

Experience Bethlehem Meeting – October 30th
Anyone interested in helping out with Experience Bethlehem on Dec. 7th is invited to attend a Bethlehem meeting on Wednesday, October 30th at 6:30pm in the Community Center. We’re nearing the end of our annual Thanksgiving Food Drive and still have a long way to go to meet our goal, WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!! Scholastic Book Fair – November 3rd
Scholastic Book Fair is coming to the Holy Cross Lake Mary campus, November 3rd through the 8th. On November 3rd the Book Fair will be open to the congregation for the 9:30am and 11:00am services. The books are geared towards preschool aged children. We hope to have a visit from Pete in the nursery. Books can be purchased by check, cash, and credit card. Please stop by and pick up a book to support the early learning of reading.
Bring Faith Home
Pastor Ethan is continuing his study ‘Bring Faith Home’ nights. All families are welcome to attend. Dinner and childcare is provided free of charge. The event will be held at the Lower Campus cafeteria from 6:00-7:00pm. Topics and dates are as follows:
