$150 deposit for each High School student (entering grades ninth through freshman year college fall of 2025) via online link to show interest by October 31, 2024. Total cost of registration is $395 if payment is made by then. If deposit is not made at that time, total cost of registration goes up to $425. Deposits are nonrefundable. Final registration payments due by April 15, 2025.

Total cost of trip per attendee is approximately $1000 which would include registration, four nights of hotel stay at gathering in New Orleans, Louisiana,
transportation, and most meals.

Adult leaders are needed and encouraged as well for this amazing event. Adult leaders would be responsible for their own costs of registration, transportation, hotel, stays, and meals, which would be similar to student attending cost.
