Since 2003, Russ Peterson has dedicated his life to pastoral ministry, a journey that began after he earned his M.Div. from Concordia St. Louis. As a leader, Russ is known for being deeply intentional, analytical, and strategic. This was most evident in his role as Member Engagement Director, where he successfully shifted the congregational culture from seeing “the church” as an institution to embracing it as “my church.” His primary goal remains fostering a community that is truly emotionally engaged.

Beyond his ministry, Russ is an avid rock climber who hits the crag whenever his schedule allows. He and his wife, Jen, along with their 18-year-old son, Isaiah, also share a deep love for the open road, frequently traveling together in their family camper.

Tiffany Danley, raised in Kansas City, KS, grew up with an early passion for faith and service. She earned a Theology and Education degree from Concordia University Nebraska, where she met her husband, Korey. They enjoy family time with their three children (Tenley, Sybianna, Korben), including their new love for the beach. Tiffany passionately develops and equips disciples for God’s glory and the multiplication of His Kingdom. In her personal time, Tiffany enjoys weightlifting and fitness, viewing it as a way to encourage stewardship of the body God has given us and live her faith outloud.

Josh grew up in Fort Myers, Florida, and has been married to his wife, Elizabeth, since 2018. Together, they are the proud parents of two sons, Levi and Ezra, and are eagerly counting down the days until their daughter, Tova Marie, is born in April 2026. Their household is completed by their golden retriever, Emma.

Josh attended Concordia University Nebraska and completed a campus ministry internship with Thrive Community Church in Estero, Florida. The family are avid Disney fans, frequently finding magic in their shared adventures. When he isn’t spending time with his family and friends, Josh stays active through his love for soccer and pickleball. He also enjoys making music and cooking up something new in the kitchen.

Charles Patterson originally is from Texas, where he earned degrees in classical piano and organ, as well as in education.  He and his wife Yvonne are longtime members of Holy Cross, where Yvonne also plays piano and assists on the worship team. Besides working on numerous facets of worship here at Holy Cross, Charles teaches beginning reading to Kindergarten students.  He has a deep love for literature, as well as all types of music.  He also enjoys a study of fossils and minerals.  He and Yvonne have 3 sons, Tim, Chip, and Jamie.

TJ was born and raised in Lake Mary, where he attended Seminole state’s automotive program. Has been a member of Holy Cross church since 1993 and joined the HCLM staff in 2018. He is a hard working and dedicated person who is an avid sports fan and believes family is the most important thing.

Dennis brings his vast talents to bear to empower ministry by overseeing operation for Central Florida Cross Network. He oversees finances, HR, Facilities, IT, Risk Management or as he says “everything but the preaching and teaching”. Dennis and his wife Jeanine enjoy travel and catching concerts along the way when possible.
